Termall Energy Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Bełchatów was registered on January 15, 2010 at the District Court for Łódź Śródmieście in Łódź. In accordance with the founding act, the main areas of the Company’s operations include:
1. Generation of electricity
2. Transmission of electricity
3. Distribution and sale of electricity
Termall Energy Sp. z o.o. was established by separating part of business related to renewable energy from Termall Sp. z o.o. Rozruch Moc Ekologia and is a company established to develop, implement and manage investment projects in the field of renewable energy sources.
The Company has experienced technical staff, largely from Termall Sp. z o.o. Rozruch Moc Ekologia. It also took over the investment projects run by Termall Sp. z o.o. Rozruch Moc Ekologia in the field of wind energy and photovoltaics.
